Use of this site.
These terms cover Offset Inventions and its specialized OffsetMargin practice.
General information
Site content describes capabilities, engagement approaches, and illustrative product-development or economic reasoning. It is general information, not a binding proposal, professional opinion for your specific product, or guarantee of availability, outcome, schedule, cost, savings, or recovery.
OffsetMargin calculator and examples
The calculator shows illustrative sensitivity based only on values a visitor enters. It does not estimate savings available to a business. The premium recovery-hardware example is explicitly illustrative and is not a client result. No savings are guaranteed.
Professional boundaries
Offset and OffsetMargin do not provide legal advice, regulatory approval, certification approval, investment advice, or a substitute for qualified laboratories, counsel, auditors, or compliance specialists. Product quality, safety, compliance, and customer-important performance remain constraints on any recommendation.
Engagements
Any paid work begins only under a later written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, baselines, and—where relevant—the method for measuring realized economics. Site copy does not modify that agreement.
Portfolio and experience
Status labels distinguish client work, public previews, and independent concepts. Named-company experience identifies work involving the principal and does not imply endorsement, a current relationship, or that every displayed concept was commissioned by the named company.
Content
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, visual system, and presentation are owned by Offset Inventions. Third-party product and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce site content in a way that creates a false endorsement or project claim.
